Estama adds Wrexham’s Island Green Retail Park to its Asset Management portfolio

Estama is pleased to announce its appointment as the asset manager for Island Green Retail Park in Wrexham, on behalf of Focus Fund.

This new assignment marks the second collaboration between Estama and Focus Fund, following their recent appointment to manage the Glenrothes Kingdom Centre.

Island Green Retail Park, Wrexham’s premier shopping destination, adds significant value to Estama’s growing property portfolio.

Spanning 13,006 sq. m. (140,000 sq. ft.), the park is the city’s dominant retail asset, featuring 14 modern and well-configured trading units. It also boasts a dedicated customer car park with 518 spaces, enhancing the shopping experience for its visitors.

The retail park offers a diverse range of retailers that cater to various shopper needs.
From leading brands like Asda Living, Next, Iceland, and Smyths Toys to popular favourites such as Food Warehouse, Costa, Poundland, and Heron Foods, Island Green provides a wide variety of quality products and services to the local community.

Andriy Kozin, General Partner of Focus Estate Fund, commented on the appointment: “Following Estama’s work on supporting us at the Kingdom Centre in Glenrothes, we are delighted to extend our partnership with them to also include our Wrexham asset, Island Green.

“We know they will bring the same innovation and expertise we have already seen from them to this new instruction, and we look forward to continuing to grow our partnership,” he added.

With the addition of Island Green Retail Park to its management portfolio, Estama continues to strengthen its position in the property management sector, showcasing its capability to manage and enhance retail assets across the UK.
