Estama appointed to manage the London Legacy Development Corporation commerical portfolio

We are thrilled that Estama have been appointed to manage the London Legacy Development Corporation commercial portfolio at the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, London.

This dynamic portfolio, encompassing over 1.3 million sq ft, includes a diverse mix of industrial, retail, and leisure properties, reflecting the vibrant character and ongoing regeneration of the area.

Among the standout assets now under Estama’s management is the renowned ABBA Arena, home to ABBA Voyage, as well as other notable tenants. These include industry giant Amazon, and the innovative Make It Group, underscoring the portfolio’s appeal to a broad range of businesses.

Victoria Knight, Head of Asset and Estate Management for the London Legacy Development Corporation said of the appointment:
