Estama’s evolution reflected in re-brand
Leading commercial property and asset managers Estama are set to reveal their new brand identity at Completely Retail Marketplace in London this week.
Earlier this year Estama became one of the first companies within the industry to transition to Employee Ownership Trust, transferring the business into the hands of its employees.
The move forms part of the company’s commitment to grow and expand its operations and to reflect its top-down realignment of the business it has also undertaken a comprehensive rebranding exercise.
“Becoming an EOT marked a significant milestone in the development of the business and underpins our core values of integrity, reliability, and pragmatism,” said Managing Director Eoin Conway.
“We are evolving to better reflect Estama’s commitment to innovation and the breadth of our service offerings. This development is a natural progression, allowing us to enhance our services and continue providing the high-quality support our clients expect from us.
“We believe our new look allows us to better communicate what makes us unique and helps to differentiate our unique skillset from our competitors.
“Trust is at the heart of everything we do and that’s been the cornerstone of the re-design process informing every decision we have made,” he added.
Estama is one of the UK’s leading commercial asset and property managers offering investors authentic and actionable solutions that deliver outstanding value, with an extensive current portfolio under management across all commercial asset classes.
Recognised for its proactive approach to asset and property management, Estama delivers improved investment value and returns, sustainable practices, and proactive tenant and community engagement.
Completely Retail Marketplace is a series of events that take place across multiple countries, where retail and leisure brands meet and network with a diverse range of property agents, landlords, shopping centre owners, franchise operators and organisations to discuss the market and opportunities for space.
