Gravesend Car Park

Summary

Thamesgate Shopping Centre, Gravesend, consists of 90,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space, with an adjoining 500 space multi-story car park. Estama were appointed to manage the Shopping Centre in April 2022.

We identified two areas we could improve the Car Park, namely the

• the state of disrepair, and
• decline in revenue/substandard
  operations
